Check-In time is 4 p.m. (CST) and Check-Out time is 11 a.m. (CST) If you intend to arrive before 4 p.m. (CST), please notify our office, and we’ll make every effort to have your lodging unit available. However, we can’t guarantee its availability until 4 p.m. (CST)
“Check-Out” means your Cabin must be vacated by 11 a.m. (CST). We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests. However, you are allowed to stay in the park and enjoy all the amenities until 7 p.m. at no extra charge.
Deposit: The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
Smoking is not allowed in any buildings at Jellystone Warrens, including cabins. If you are found to have been smoking inside one of our lodging units, cabins or rentals you will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee of $300.
Per Person Fee: The Per Person Fee is part of your Camping fee. We find it to be the fairest way to price Campsites/Lodging for different size groups and it includes all the facilities our Campground has to offer.
Minimum Reservation: During Peak Season there is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for all lodging units. Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor day) and Cranfest require a THREE (3) night minimum reservation at the Holiday Rate.
Cancellations – Lodging: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN(15) or more days before your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations – Holidays & Cranfest: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
Cancellations – NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW.’ ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Pet-Friendly Policy: Cabins or Lodges
We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet and we will book you into a pet-friendly cabin or lodge subject to availability. We charge a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 Pet Limit). We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or lodge and that your pet will take care of you – making sure that you clean up after him or her. We have cabins and lodges set aside for pets and their owners since some of our other guests are allergic to pets. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.
Pet-Friendly Policy: RV Sites
We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet (2 Pet Limit). There will be no charge for bringing your pet with your RV. We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended outside or erecting any type of fence or pen around your site. When your pet is taking you for a walk, it must be on a leash – making sure that you clean up after him or her.
Pet Policy: Tent Camping
We do not allow any pets at all in tents. If your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a tent. You will be asked to leave without any refund.
Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at any Legacy RV Resort. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.
